"Talking about the cultural and creative industries of our country, but strengthening bridges and networks with a focus on internationalization has been one of the missions that we have proposed in the framework of these activities. And around the Ibero-American Congress, it has been very enriching to be able to discuss artificial intelligence, the opportunities and challenges that it has in the field of art, culture, heritage, understanding that it is a mobile context where new technologies are part of the debate and conversation that we have to generate, "said the Minister of Cultures, Arts and Heritage, Carolina Arredondo Marzán.

The theme of this first edition of MIC was "Culture and creativity for a sustainable future" and Spain was the guest of honor. In addition to institutional and sectoral reflection, MIC Chile included a citizen agenda that included the participation of international experts and artists such as Alex Anwandter, Maite Alberdi, Iván Navarro, Juliana Gattas, Cristina Rosenvinge and La Mala Rodriguez, among others.
