'Inception' Law Seeks to Curb Mind Control

Chile seeks to become the first country to protect the population from human mind control, as the ability to manipulate brains - once the stuff of science fiction - moves ever closer to reality.

Senator Guido Girardi is leading this project that seeks to ensure that the "neuro-rights" of Chileans are enshrined in law and that the Constitution recognizes the need to protect "fundamental human autonomy".
