Since its foundation in 2015, La Casona de Ranquilhue has held firm to its philosophy of making products "like those of yesteryear", respecting the seasonality of the ingredients and applying traditional manufacturing techniques. Each preserve is a reflection of the love and dedication with which they work in this space, where the community becomes the protagonist.
In 2021, after years of effort and collaboration with local producers, the dream of self-cultivation becomes a reality. In the town of Ranquilhue (commune of Pumanque, Colchagua province, O'Higgins region) this story of work and passion begins to bear fruit, literally. The company's own fruit harvest not only reflects its dedication, but also strengthens the bond with the area's producing families, promoting a sustainable and high quality model. A triumph for the community and a source of pride for the region!
